The Serpins 2019 Conference begins with registration and check-in from 12pm on Thursday 19th September, for a welcoming address at 5pm.
The conference will take place at Meliá Sevilla Hotel – located in the historic centre of Seville.
The conference package price includes attendance for three full days, accommodation (if selected) and all meals as specified on the agenda.
A limited number of rooms have been secured at the Meliá Sevilla Hotel and the cost of your room is included in the delegate package cost. Your room reservation will be confirmed based on the information that you provide us with during the registration process.

Normal hotel check-in time is 3pm* Hotel check-out time is 11am *Please be advised that your room key will be available for collection from the conference hospitality desk.
If a friend or colleague is also attending and you would like to share a room, please add his/her name to the ‘special requests’ section of the online registration. It is important that both attendees do this as we will only match based on mutual consent. Alternatively. we will pair you with a guest of the same gender, similar age and country of origin wherever possible.
Casual/business during the conference sessions/drinks receptions. Business-smart/cocktail for the Gala Dinner.
The conference will close after the gala dinner on Saturday 21st September, if you are staying at the hotel on Saturday night you can depart at your leisure on Sunday 22nd September (breakfast is included in your accommodation booking).
